A humanist background and a long history of hands-on involvement have taught Jean Émond to favour a personalized approach that identifies needs in the organizational environment as well as the resources at its disposal. Extensive business knowledge in different economic sectors has given Jean the opportunity to work with people from varied backgrounds in very diverse positions at all organizational levels. He has often worked in very demanding situations with numerous constraints. He is familiar with the many situations that directors and senior executives are confronted with, and he understands the repercussions these situations can have on them personally.
