As a member of the executive committee of a major corporation, Jean took part in and contributed to the planning and execution of a business plan that increased the company’s sales from $700 million to $6.2 billion is less than 10 years. As the senior executive responsible for managing people and organizational culture, he developed a uniquely successful people management philosophy, exercised the internal leadership the organization needed in order to develop and energized policies and down-to-earth programs that supported major growth, while creating a strong sense of belonging and commitment to the success of this company-wide project.

 

Progressing continually

Jean’s career path spans an arc from industrial psychologist to senior vice-president of people and culture, providing him with opportunities to intervene at every organizational level from factory floor to boardroom. This extensive range of experience also includes work in many different economic sectors: natural resources, financial institutions, information technology, public corporations, wholesale, retail distribution and sales.
